If you appreciate ingenious, fashion-forward gear, then you'll love our head-turning stroller! But it's more than striking: it folds so compactly, it's been honored for design innovation. With a lightweight aluminum frame, circular rubberized handle, removable storage bag, and one-touch...
I LOVE THIS STROLLER!!!!!!!!!
Gift: No
Pros: Easily Stowed, Lightweight, Easy To Maneuver
Cons: Small Basket
Best Uses: Toddlers
Describe Yourself: First Time Parent
When planning a trip to London, my husband mentioned that our current stroller would not fit in most of the cars over there. I dislike umbrella strollers for their lack of almost everything, so I checked into this stroller. I debated spending the money on a stroller that I would probably not use too much longer since my son is currently 20 months old and wanting to walk everywhere, but I went ahead with the purchase and I am SO GLAD I did! What I liked:
1) It folds compactly (I had many remarks about that), although I was not allowed to carry it on the plane and stow it in the overhead as advertised. (I still think it would have fit!)
2) It's very lightweight and easy to get in and out of cars, taxis, busses, etc., which we did VERY often!
3) It maneuvers very easily and rides smoothly.
4) It held up to cobblestone paths, castle tours, and airport beatings - very durable!
The only complaints I might have (but will totally live with):
1) The seat does not recline flat (like our other stroller) - it's more of a 45 degree angle - but our son slept ok in it anyway.
2) The strap clips are difficult undo occasionally.
3) Sometimes the locking mechanism would not hold the wheel base once the stroller was folded up - that's not that big of a deal unless you're setting it upright when it might unfold on you.
It takes practice breaking it down and setting it up - once I figured out the quarks, it was pretty user-friendly! Even if this trip was the only time I use it (which it won't be!), it was well worth the money.
